Please ensure that you include a working phone number, manufacturer and model number for your product, and a detailed description of what you need help with in all emails and voicemails. Someone will get back to you within one business day if you can not reach someone by phone.
If you are unsure about the details the product in question, please have your order number ready so we can look up your product for you. Your order number can be found in the receipt or confirmation message that was emailed to you when you placed your order.
SHIPPING TERMS
We ship worldwide via USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL. Insurance is optional, and may not be available through USPS to some international customers. See product shipping exceptions below.
* Orders paid by 10:00 am CST are usually shipped same business day (Monday through Saturday).
* All international customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Information on your country's customs rates may be found at the USPS and World Customs Organization websites.
* International shipping time is typically 6-10 business days, though this may be extended due to delays in customs. If your address is a post office box, you will need to supply a phone number where you may be contacted.
* International customers may have to contact us for information on insurance availability for your destination.
* Merchandise will be listed as purchase price value on the customs form. Please do not ask that we undervalue products to save on customs duties.
* We strive to keep shipping costs as close as possible to actual shipping costs.

RETURNS
Please contact us for return approval before returning an item. Product must be returned within 7 days of reception date in original condition and shipping box. Buyer must pay for return shipping. The item must not be worn or used. If product box is opened, buyer will pay 5% re-stocking fee. Refund will be for the item sale price less shipping and insurance (if applicable).
