FAQ's

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, which you may use with your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express).  If you wish to pay by check or money order, please indicate so during checkout.
 
Do you accept payment by eCheck through PayPal?
Yes, we accept eChecks.  Please note that your order will not be shipped until the eCheck has cleared, which can take up to five business days.  If you would like your order shipped ASAP, please remit funds via credit card or from your PayPal balance.
 
Do you charge sales tax?
All purchases shipped within Wisconsin are subject to Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5%.  Tax is applied to total purchase price and shipping cost.
 
What should I do if an error occurs during the order process?
Contact us by email and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
 
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service.  If you prefer a different shipping service please contact us to make arrangements.
 
Will you combine shipping costs on more than one item?
We are happy to combine shipping.  The shipping calculator normally comes up with the combined rate, but if it is significantly higher than actual cost, we will issue you a refund for the difference. Feel free to contact us with your zip code or country for a combined shipping quote.
 
Do I receive a tracking number?
A tracking number is supplied through PayPal when an order ships. 
 
When does my order ship?
We normally ship out within 24 hours of completed payment, Monday through Saturday.  If we are unable to ship within that time frame, we will contact you by email or phone.
 
Will I receive a receipt or order confirmation?
We include a printed receipt of your purchase with your order.  In addition you will receive an email confirming your shipment.
 
How much will I pay for shipping and handling?
We strive to keep our shipping costs as close as possible to actual.  Cost is determined by the shipping calculator.  
 
What shipping companies do you use?
We normally ship via United States Postal Service.  However, if you would like another carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.
 
Will you declare my purchase as a gift on the customs form?
We do not declare merchandise as a gift on international customs forms. All international orders include a customs form on the outside of the package.  Merchandise is listed at purchase price value on this form.  
Please do not ask that we undervalue products to save on customs duties.  Doing so puts our business at risk of penalties and undermines our integrity.
 
As an international buyer, what can I expect to pay for customs duties?
Because each country varies in what it charges for customs duties, it is the buyer's responsibility to find out this information before making an international purchase.  
Attention UK buyers:  
Please note that your shipment may be subject to a VAT fee and Parcelforce clearance fee when clearing customs.
 
What is the shipping time for international orders?
Shipment via USPS First Class Mail International offers little tracking information.  Ship time varies from country to country and may be extended due to delays in customs. 
International ship time via USPS Priority Mail is typically 6-10 business days, though, again, this may be extended due to delays in customs.
